Flagship Housing Development Ltd & Bowbridge Land Ltd application (3PL/2017/1387/F)

Please note that this planning application will be discussed at the parish council meeting on 20 December 2017, commencing at 7.30pm.

The application is for 49 new houses and is effectively Phase II of the proposal originally made by Orbit Homes.

Residents will remember that Phase I was approved following a Public Enquiry, having been objected to by the GEPC and refused by Breckland District Council. The Inspector found in the developer’s favour primarily because Breckland District Council did not have a 5 year housing land supply.
